MPN Windows aims to be the most customer focused window and conservatory installation company in South Wales. To support our ongoing business growth, we are also recruiting for dedicated and driven Window and Door Installers to join us.

To achieve this, it is vital that we have Window and Door Installers who are quality focused, experienced, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. In these customer facing roles, you will be expected to support the reputation of MPN Windows brand and provide our customers with an excellent fitting experience as well.

We expect you to:

• Have window or conservatory fitting experience.
• Provide excellent quality window and conservatory fitting work.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
• Maintain and strengthen the MPN Windows brand and reputation.
• Display an outstanding work ethic.
• Demonstrate extremely high standards of work.
• Hold a full driving license.
• Hold a relevant liability insurance.
• Hold a MTC card.
• Have strong knowledge and experience of site Health and Safety.

You will:

• Display strong communication skills.
• Build positive relationships with all key personnel.
• Be highly driven.
• Be self-motivated.
