Claims must be made in writing and addressed to our head office, along with an original copy of the competing offer and specification of the competing conservatory, orangery, window and door product must be enclosed with your claim.
We will only accept one such claim per customer order
The product offered by the competitor is exactly the same as the one offered by MPN, and is offered on the same terms.
Our decision on whether a competitors product matches that of MPN Windows is final
